In the present appeal, Plaintiff/Appellant Grossman Tucker Perreault & Pfleger, LLC (“Grossman Tucker”) challenges an order by the Bankruptcy Court sustaining the Debtors’ Ninth Omnibus Objection to Claims and reclassifying Grossman Tucker’s secured claims as pre-petition general unsecured claims.
