By this proceeding in the original jurisdiction of the Supreme Court, the plaintiff, as a citizen and taxpayer of the city of Spartanburg, sought to en join the performance of a contract entered into between the city council of Spartanburg and the Southern Bitulithic Company for the paving of certain streets of that city with bitulithic pavement. At a special session of this Court held July . . .., 1906, judgment was rendered denying the application for permanent injunction and dissolving the temporary injunction previously granted.…
