MEMORÁNDUM ORDER
JED S. RAKOFF, United States District Judge.
In a bottom-line order dated November 4, 2016, the Court granted defendants’ motion to dismiss plaintiffs’ complaint in its entirety under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6).
