¶ 1. This appeal arises from a breach of contract and defamation action brought by Dr. Kenneth Wolnak against Dr. Fernando Riveron and Riveron's clinic, Cardiovascular & Thoracic Surgeons of Central Wisconsin, S.C. ("CATS"). CATS counterclaimed, alleging breach of contract, tortious interference with a contract, and misrepresentation.
