OPINION

RANDALL, Judge.

Alvin Weber, as trustee in the wrongful death of decedent Troy Weber, appeals the trial court entry of summary judgment in favor of respondents. We affirm in part, reverse in part and remand.

FACTS

On September 24,1986,16-year-old Troy Weber died as a result of exposure to the hazardous substance Genesolv. The exposure occurred in the course of decedent’s employment with third-party defendant, Lantz Lenses, Inc. (Lantz).
