FUNDERBURK, Justice.

Agnes Mooneyham, a minor, by next friend Mrs. Aleñe Callaway, and Aleñe Cal-laway for herself, sued J. R. Napier to recover damages for personal injuries to said Agnes Mooneyham, resulting from an au tomobile wreck. Plaintiffs’ petition alleged that Agnes Mooneyham was, at the time, a guest of the defendant, and that she received her injuries as the proximate result of negligence on the part of defendant occurring in several specified ways.
