The Chesapeake and Potomac Telephone Company of West Virginia (hereinafter C & P) seeks to prohibit the Honorable John C. Ashworth, Judge of the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, from conducting further proceedings in a lawsuit filed by Beekley Hospital, Inc. (hereinafter the hospital) against C & P.
