This was an action in ejectment brought in the superior court of Thurston county. At the conclusion of plaintiffs’ case to the jury, a judgment of non-suit was ordered, and the plaintiffs have appealed. We think that the following facts are fairly established by the record: Plaintiff Elizabeth T. Horr is the owner in her own right of parts of lots 1 and 2 in block 14 of the original plat of the city of Olympia, and has continuously owned the same since 1882.
