¶ 1 Ashley Baumann appeals a judgment, entered after a jury trial, convicting her of two counts of homicide by intoxicated use of a motor vehicle, contrary to WIS. STAT. § 940.09(1)(a) (2015-16),1 one count of causing great bodily harm by intoxicated use of a motor vehicle contrary to WIS. STAT. § 940.25(1)(a), and one count of reckless driving causing great bodily harm contrary to WIS. STAT. § 346.62(4).2 She also appeals an order denying her postconviction motion seeking a new trial, based upon claimed ineffective assistance by her trial counsel.
