This is an action pursuant to Florida’s Whistleblower’s Act, § 448.102(3), Fla. Stat., and Workers’ Compensation Law, § 440.205, Fla. Stat., brought by Kenneth Bell against his former employer, Georgia-Pacific Corporation. 1 The Plaintiff con tends that Georgia-Pacific took certain adverse employment actions against him because he complained of unsafe working conditions and also that it fired him because he filed a workers’ compensation claim.
