MORAN, District Judge.

Central Illinois Savings & Loan Association (“Central”) is a major creditor of IQ Telecommunications, Inc. (“IQ”), the debtor in this bankruptcy case. Central Illinois filed an adversary complaint on behalf of the estate seeking to recover property conveyed by IQ to other entities shortly before and after IQ filed its Chapter 11 petition. The complaint names some 25 individuals and entities as defendants, and it consists of 106 pages and 220 exhibits contained in nine volumes. Defendants Rittenberg Company, Ltd.
