CONBOY, District Judge.

Representatives of the PTL Lifetime Partner Class (“PTL”) move for mandatory or discretionary withdrawal of the reference from the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York of jurisdiction over the claims filed by PTL for alleged violations of the debtor, Laventhol & Horwath (“L & H”), of federal securities laws, the Federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (“RICO”), common law fraud, and other related state statutory claims. PTL seeks to withdraw the reference with regard to all claims filed by PTL against L & H…
