WOLLMAN, Circuit Judge.
American Railcar Industries, Inc. (ARI), appeals from a district court 1 order deny ing its motion for judgment as a matter of law or, in the alternative, a new trial, and granting a partial remittitur of damages. George Tedder cross-appeals from the same order, challenging the remittitur. We affirm.
