Dennis P. Glick appeals from the district court’s dismissal, without prejudice, of his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 action seeking declaratory and injunctive relief and damages for ap-pellees’ alleged failure and refusal to protect the inmates of the Arkansas Department of Corrections (A.D.C.) from exposure to Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS). We affirm.
