INTRODUCTION
Plaintiff B. Sanfield, Inc. (“B. Sanfield”) filed a three-count amended complaint against defendant Finlay Fine Jewelry Corporation (“Finlay”), alleging violations of section 43(a) of the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1125(a), and of the Illinois Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act (“CFDBPA”), 815 ILCS 505/1 et seq.
