This action was instituted by the plaintiff-employer under Section 6(i) of the South Carolina Unemployment Compensation Law, Section 7035-86 (i) of the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1942, and is in the nature of an appeal from a decision of the South Carolina Employment Security Commission.

From the record before me the following facts appear. The defendant, Doris T. Lambert, was employed by The Hartsville Cotton Mill for a period of approximately five months prior to January 22, 1951, on which date she was discharged for irregular attendance. Mrs.…
