REINHARD, Chief Judge.

Movant appeals from the denial of his Rule 27.26 motion, entered after an eviden-tiary hearing. Originally charged with capital murder, movant entered a guilty plea to a reduced charge of second degree murder. Movant was sentenced to twenty-five years imprisonment with the Department of Corrections. We affirm.
