The principal issue before us in this case is whether the superior court erred in dismissing the plaintiffs’ petition for certiorari. We affirm.
On June 28, 1979, the plaintiffs filed a petition for certiorari under RSA 36:34 (Supp. 1979) with the Cheshire County .Superior Court, seeking review of a decision of the Keene Planning Board (hereinafter the board), granting approval of the Acorn Ridge Subdivision.
