BAYLESS, V. O. J.

‘Jasper T. Krow applied to the county court of Osage county, Okla., for an order nunc pro tunc in the matter of the guardianship of Alex Cannon, an incompetent, for the purpose of supplying and completing the records of said court in said guardianship proceedings to show that said Krow had theretofore been released as a surety upon the bond of the guardian. The application was granted and an appeal was taken to the district court of Osage county, Okla. Upon trial de novo in the district court, a like order nunc pro tunc was made. This appeal was taken.
