The objectors in this accounting proceeding seek to surcharge the trustee for the retention of securities. The testator’s will was made June 23, 1916. He died April 9, 1920. The will was probated May 4, 1920, and letters testamentary issued on that date. The will directed the executors to divide the residuary estate in nine equal parts, and gave to the accounting party herein two-thirds of two of such equal ninths, to wit, four-twenty-sevenths of the residuary estate, in trust for the benefit of testator’s daughter, Elizabeth C.
