This is a motion to confirm a referee’s report adverse to the objections filed by Gertrude D. Walker, a beneficiary of certain trusts created under the will of decedent. The issues raised present some unusual and most interesting questions relating to the sale of 6,034 shares of Eastman Kodak Company stock, between March 23, 1922, and April 6, 1922.
