Richard Lathers died September 17, 1903, leaving a will admitted to probate November 14, 1903. After numerous gifts the testator gave the residue of his estate to his executors and the survivor thereof in trust. He created a trust for the fife of his *228wife and on the death of the wife divided the estate into six equal parts or shares, one part or share to be held in trust for each of his six children, viz., Ida Lathers, Julia Lathers, Emma L.
