The matters before the Court for determination are: 1) the “Motion of Chapter 7 Trustee for Review of Fees of Counsel to Debtors and Special Counsel to Debtors Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 329(b)” (the “Fee Review Motion”); 2) the Application of Joseph K.
