MEMORANDUM OPINION

The debtor has filed a motion for summary judgment on its objection to the proof of claims filed by the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Tankhaul Division, International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Local 81 and International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Local 162. (“The Union Group”). The original claims contained several identical bases for payment including a claim under the WARN Act. All but two have now been resolved.
