OPINION

JUNELL, Justice.

Stephen and Loretta Tenowich appeal from a summary judgment in favor of Sterling Plumbing Company, Inc., Nadine Rhodes, Adrinne Abney, Paul Bree, and Century 21 Bice-Merrill. In their sole point of error, appellants contend the trial court erred in granting the motion for summary judgment because a genuine issue of material fact existed as to when the statute of limitations began to run on their cause of action.

Appellants brought suit under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA), against the realtors who sold and plumbing contractors who built their home. Tex.…
