In this, Melanie Pitrolo’s (“Appellant”) third appeal, we are faced with multiple assignments of error. Following a favorable verdict on her Title VII gender discrimination claim, Appellant moved the district court for attorney’s fees, costs, and declaratory relief, all of which the district court denied.
