This case arose on a petition of the sheriff for an interpleader. He held a writ of fieri facias against M. A. Wolfgang in favor of Weigle & Myers, the appellants— pursuant to the direction of which he levied on an automobile found in the possession of the defendant in the writ. Thereafter, notice was served on him by J. H. Bowersox, the appellee, that the car was his property.
