Appellant, Jeffery Michael St. George, Jr., was charged with possession of marijuana and failure to identify as a fugitive. See Tex. Health & Safety Code Ann. § 481.121(b)(1) (Vernon Supp.2001) & Tex. Pen.Code Ann. § 38.02 (Vernon 2006). Appellant filed two pre-trial motions to suppress, which were denied following a hearing.
