The plaintiff in error, hereinafter called defendant, was convicted in the district court of Payne county on a charge of murder and was sentenced to imprisonment in the state penitentiary for life.
The record discloses that at the time charged in the information defendant with Raymond Porter and Edward F. McMurtry drove into the little town of Mehan. After a few minutes they drove to the edge of town, stopped their car, and walked to the store of Dorsey Andrews.
