MEMORANDUM OPINION
STEPHEN J. COVEY, Bankruptcy Judge.
On January 24, 1989, this Court entered a Journal Entry of Judgment which incorporated certain findings of fact and conclusions of law stated on the record in open Court. In the Journal Entry of Judgment the Court found that the Debtors filed their petition in Bankruptcy on June 7, 1983, and that thereafter on June 18, 1983, Citicorp National Services, Inc. (“Citicorp”) repossessed the Debtors mobile home and its contents. The Court further found that Citicorp had violated the automatic stay not only when they repossessed the mobile home…
