MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
TERRENCE L. MICHAEL, Bankruptcy Judge.
THIS MATTER comes before the Court pursuant to the Complaint filed herein. Trial on the merits was held July 14, 1997. Plaintiffs Clifford Dale Diviney and Apryl Alyse Diviney (“Debtors”) were present in Court and represented by their attorney, Mark A. Craige.
