Presently before the Court is a Motion to Dismiss Plaintiffs’ Complaint filed by Defendants Western Wayne School District, Anthony Zoppi, Ann Sledzinski, Kasey Phillips, James Rebar, and Michael Cole (collectively the “Defendants”). (Doc. 11.) The facts of this case present a tragic story of Plaintiffs’ minor son, C.B., who struggled in school due to various disabilities, and ultimately took his own life.
