Plaintiff in error, Harrison King, was found guilty in the circuit court of Peoria county of the murder of Norman Gray, the jury fixing the penalty at deatln/ The trial court entered judgment on the verdict and fixed the date of the execution for June 17, 1916. This writ of error has been sued out to review the record.
