John Galladora appeals the dismissal of his action to set aside the forfeiture of a real estate contract. We affirm.

Mr. Galladora and his then wife, Carol, purchased real estate in Pend Oreille County on a contract executed in October 1978. The sellers were Marjorie and Richard Richter, defendants in this action. The contract required the Galladoras to pay $20,000 down, with the balance of $17,500 to be paid in monthly installments of $177.51. The Galladoras agreed to pay taxes and assessments and to maintain insurance.
