OPINION OF THE COURT

Memorandum.

Ordered that the judgment of conviction is reversed, on the law and as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice, and the matter is remitted to the Justice Court for all further proceedings.

A judgment of foreclosure was entered in the Supreme Court, Nassau County, on April 29, 2013, with respect to premises which defendant owned in the Village of Roslyn, Nassau County.
