This is an appeal, after certification, from an Appellate Court decision affirming the conviction of the defendant, Dominic Bruno, after a trial to the court, Borden, J., of six counts of eavesdropping in violation of General Statutes § 53a-189, one count of conspiracy to commit eavesdropping in violation of General Statutes §§ 53a-48 and 53a-189, and two counts of criminal mischief in the first degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-115.
