MEMORANDUM
DAVIS, District Judge.
Pending before the court is plaintiffs motion to remand this action to the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, from which defendants timely removed the case to this court. The issues have been fully briefed, and no hearing is necessary. Local Rule 105.6 (D.Md.1997). For the reasons set forth herein, I shall grant the motion for remand.(i)
