MEMORANDUM
NICKERSON, District Judge.
Plaintiff originally brought this putative class action in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, alleging (1) violation of and conspiracy to violate Maryland’s Consumer Protection Act; (2) aiding and abetting, as well as conspiracy to violate Maryland’s Finder’s Fee Acts; and (3) “deceit,” more commonly plead as fraud. Defendants removed to this Court, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1441(a), asserting that federal subject matter jurisdiction exists under 28 U.S.C. § 1331. Plaintiff filed a Motion to Remand, Paper No. 7.
