Claimant, D. D. Kennedy, filed for workmen’s compensation benefits after he sustained injuries as a result of a physical encounter with a coemployee. An arbitrator found that the claimant had failed to prove that such injuries arose out of and in the course of claimant’s employment. The Industrial Commission set aside the decision of the arbitrator and held that Ford Motor Company, the employer, owed claimant for 24 weeks total disability at $108 per week, 60 weeks at $86.10 for a statutory skull fracture (Ill.
