' Appellant was found guilty of aggravated robbery with, a deadly weapon. The State sought to enhance Appellant’s punishment under the habitual-offender statute with two prior aggravated assault con victions. Tex. Penal Code § 12.42(d). Appellant pled true to those two prior convictions. The trial court accepted Appellant’s pleas and found the enhancements to be true.
