Unitrin Insurance Services f/k/a Trinity Universal Insurance Company sued William Bobbora and James Theodore Jonge-bloed for breach of indemnity agreements, and obtained a jury verdict against Jonge-bloed. In his first issue, Jongebloed contends the trial court erred by striking his expert witness. In his second issue, Jon-gebloed challenges an instruction in the jury charge. For the reasons set forth herein, we conclude Jongebloed has failed to preserve his first issue for review, and we resolve Jongebloed’s second issue against him. We affirm the trial…
