Lowe, *316III, J.), entered September 12, 2006, which, insofar as appealed from, denied defendant’s motion to dismiss plaintiffs fourth, fifth and sixth causes of action for fraudulent inducement, negligent misrepresentation and an accounting, unanimously reversed, on the law, without costs, the motion granted and the complaint dismissed. The Clerk is directed to enter judgment accordingly.
