This is an action to recover the reasonable value of accounting services allegedly performed by plaintiffs for defendant Lucille Trottman and her former husband. The case was tried on the segregated issue of whether the action was commenced within the time limited by statute.① The court held that the plaintiffs’ alleged cause of action was barred by the statute of limitations, ORS 12.080, and entered judgment for defendant. Plaintiffs appeal.
