*269KENNEDY, Circuit Judge.
Laura Payne Lassiter (“defendant”) pled guilty to an Information charging her with one count of distribution of cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). The District Court sentenced defendant to 120 months incarceration. Defendant appeals her sentence, claiming that the District Court erred by denying a reduction for acceptance of responsibility pursuant to section 3El.l(a) of the federal sentencing guidelines and by departing upward from the federal sentencing guidelines.
