Appeals (1) from a judgment of the County Court of Rensselaer County (Dwyer, Jr., J.), rendered March 22, 1991, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of manslaughter in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, and (2) from a judgment of said court, rendered March 22, 1991, which revoked defendant’s probation and imposed a sentence of imprisonment.
