Petitioner-appellant appeals from an order entered August 19, 1975 in the Supreme Court, New York County (Lang, J.), which denied its motion to quash a Grand Jury subpoena duces tecum issued by respondent and served upon the Community National Bank and Trust Company of New York requiring production of all records pertaining to appellant’s bank account for the period from February 1, 1974 through May 30, 1974.
