THPD, Inc., and Continental Imports, Inc., each appeal a judgment that awarded THPD $83,932.00 on causes of action against Continental for conversion, theft, and negligence; granted THPD declaratory relief; and awarded THPD $125,000 in attorney’s fees. The underlying facts, presented in evidence during a two-week jury trial, involve a series of commercial transactions that we will describe below.
