Appellant Marlon Mitchell was convicted of felony murder and aggravated assault in the shooting death of Dane Clark. On appeal, Mitchell contends, among other things, that the evidence is insufficient to support his convictions, and that the trial court erred in its charge on intent. Finding no merit to Mitchell’s contentions, we affirm.
