A jury convicted Juan Chandler of felony murder in the shooting death of Barak Martin. Chandler alleges that the trial court erred in returning two jurors to the jury panel after he used peremptory strikes to remove them. Because the trial court’s factual findings were clearly erroneous, we reverse.
