Walter Lavan Trammel was convicted of the murder of Joe Lewis Cameron and sentenced to life in prison. He appeals from that conviction and we affirm.

Appellant enumerates as error the trial court’s denial of his motion for a new trial based on its finding that his trial counsel was not ineffective for failing to make a Batson motion after the State used fifty percent of its peremptory strikes to remove two black jurors.
